I go to a Network meeting every Wednesday Called LeTip. Well, this morning I was talking to a member who just happens to be a lawyer. She has been following the Dr. Murray trial as much as she can. She says she loves Michael. She also knows some of the Lawyers that have been involved in past and present trials concerning Michael. She told me that the Trial is BOGUS! She can't tell me anymore than that without, going against her OATH.

I just thought that this was interesting coming from a Lawyer.

I have always thought the whole situation is BOGUS!

She is not involved in the case so I dont think there is any oath in which she has to follow. I find her statement bogus.

Lawyers, can't repeat anything that they hear about an ongoing Trial.

That's true, CC.. This is why I think that.. For me since I am a card reader, I take an oath of confidentiality. I cannot discuss my clients readings with ANYONE! At least not without their consent. It's just as a psychiatrist takes that same oath. People take you into their confidence and express their deepest secrets to you. Some things need to be kept to themselves LOL!!

Sorry I think she is lying and I dont believe for one second that she's privy to anything regarding the case unless she IS involved with it. If she is involved with it then she is in contempt and I highly doubt that anyone would put themselves or this case in jeopardy after 2 of the buffoons have already been reprimanded for speaking to the press. You just wont convince me. There have been too many people who know so much, "I have pictures but cant show them" "I have insider info but cant share it". Nah. Nuh uh.

I am just repeating what I was told.

The more I watch of this trial, the "fishier" it gets to me. For instance, in the two years since MJ died, has anyone ever heard that Paris was balled up on the floor outside the bedroom door crying? I haven't. All I've ever heard was that Prince was at the door. Did I miss something in the last two years?

I'm just waiting for the defense to start. I notice that a lot of things that have been found out have not been brought to light. Such as, the location from which the 911 call was made. Isn't that a proven fact that the call was made from the hotel and not the house? If this trial is bogus, someone with some big pockets is going to have to pay for all of these court costs.

Sorry I've been away for a while. Between watching the trial, all the commentary shows afterward (well, maybe not all...I'd like to smack Nancy Grace at times), trying to get through 50-leven emails, and then yakin' with the neighbors, I haven't had much time to get on here. But I haven't forgotten you guys at all.

Yes I had heard that about Prince Suki. I dont remember about Paris though. I dont think I had heard about Paris being balled up, but the security people havent been talking either over the last 2 years. They have been very private about it. It is not at all a fact that the call was made from a hotel. It is proven however, in testimony, that the call was made from the house from the cell phone of Alberto Alvarez.

Oh, brain dead. I could have sworn that it was somehow proven that the phone signal came from the hotel and that the hotel address was on the firetruck screen. Too much to remember. Happens when you get old!!!!!!

Well this is the thing.. the GPS system that the dept has can detect a signal from the tower 2-10 mile radius. which can pinpoint an incorrect address. Which is what happened with Alvaraz. I had heard about Paris over a yr ago, but because of what Kai chase said... I didn't believe it cause how could she be with Kai in a prayer circle with the kids and then them be in the foyer in front of MJ's room? But we know why that was now.. Kai was asked to leave the house.

So I haven't totally lost it. The hotel address DID show up but it was incorrect, correct?

Also, as far as I can remember, the entire staff was asked to leave the house. All of them, except for Kai Chase (what a cool name), have been quiet...plus almost all of the people involved with TII. Didn't they have to sign a 2 1/2 year contract? Oh, start saving your pennies girls. Lots of reading material will be coming out once those contracts are void.

Now I see where Dr. Shafer, the last witness for the prosecution, may not make it back on Monday. His father passed away Friday. Not sure how that will be handled. I'm still looking forward to the rest of the trial. The defense has 15 witnesses to call. I think it's going to be interesting.

While Dr. Conrad Murray stands trial for the involuntary manslaughter of Michael Jackson, he’s been quietly filming a blockbuster documentary that’s being shopped to major TV networks.
Sources say Murray, who announced yesterday that he will not testify in his defense, has sold the rights “to his story” to a production company that’s been filming interviews with him daily as the trial progresses.
The unidentified production company is shopping the documentary as a package deal that would also include a video diary and a sit-down interview with Murray.

“A news division that pays for the documentary will end up with a side deal of getting the sit-down with Conrad,” a source said. “It’s crafted in such a way for a news division that doesn’t pay for interviews.”
We hear the production outfit has been aiming to sell the documentary for $1 million. It is not clear how much would go to Murray.
“They have already filmed a long interview in case he’s taken into custody,” a source told Page Six.
CNN was interested in buying the footage, one source said, but a CNN rep told us last night that although they were pitched on it, they declined. “We are not considering, we passed on it,” a network rep told us.
Other sources say NBC is close to securing the deal, possibly for the “Today” show.”
“I question whether there is enough interest in him,” a competitor mused. “It’s more interesting if he’s found not guilty.”
Murray could face up to four years in prison and lose his medical license if he’s convicted of being criminally negligent in administering the anesthetic propofol before Jackson died on June 25, 2009. Tomorrow, both sides are expected to present closing arguments.
A spokesperson for Murray’s lawyer, J. Michael Flanagan, declined to comment, citing a gag order on the case. NBC also declined to comment.

Here's the latest on Murray and the continued exploitation of Michael: (assuming this is true)

THE doctor at the centre of the Michael Jackson manslaughter trial has been filming a blockbuster DOCUMENTARY on the case, according to reports.

Dr Conrad Murray has apparently sold the rights to his story to a production company who are filming him daily throughout the trial.

The unidentified production company is said to be set to sell the footage as a package deal that will include a sit-down interview with Murray.

A source said: "A news division that pays for the documentary will end up with a side deal of getting the sit-down with Conrad."

The production outfit was reportedly aiming to sell the documentary for $1million (£625,000). It was not clear how much would go to Murray.

The source added: "They have already filmed a long interview in case he's taken into custody."

A CNN representative said they had been offered the footage but had declined.

A spokesperson for Murray's lawyer, J. Michael Flanagan, declined to comment, citing a gag order on the case.

They have been saying this since 2009 I think.. We were just as blown away then. They said that depending on the outcome of the trial will depend on whether or not it's aired. Well, it looks like either way they are going to air something. This man doesn't deserve to make ANY money off of Michael PERIOD! Makes my stomach turn at the thought of it!
