There was an article that was supposed to run in the last issue of George magazine (before they stopped printing/selling it) but it was cut at the last minute (they actually used the word "killed" instead of cut). The article was about conspiracy theorists and was to feature an article/list of popular conspiracy websites. This was in 2001, I believe. (This particular picture above is the first issue ever, in 1995, with Cindy Crawford, but the last issue was released in 2001). I don't think the PICTURE above is the clue. I think it's the info you find out when you research it more.
