Sony wants subpoena for Jackson footage quashed

LOS ANGELES (AP) — Sony studios on Friday asked the judge hearing Michael Jackson's manslaughter trial to throw out a subpoena for footage of the singer's final rehearsals after a defense attorney said earlier this week that reviewing them was "a big waste of time."

Nope! Not surprisinf at all. I still wonder why it's Sony doing the asking instead of say...the prosecution. Does Sony have something to hide in that footage?

Well they dont want that footage leaked cuz then they cant make money off of future releases. Thats what they say.
